The Wedding
I’ve finally got round to putting a wedding report up on my website, and the photos are now up there as well. At some point in the near future I’ll be putting something up about the honeymoon as well.
Unfortunately, it won’t be today because I’ve got a horrible cold (may even be the ‘flu – and that’s not a word I use lightly!) and I shouldn’t be on the computer at all, but I’m really, REALLY bored with daytime TV!

when I have to start thinking about my dissertation. I really have no idea what to do. I have come up with a couple of ideas, but when I really sit down to think about them – they’re either too hard, or there would be too much or too little information.
So if anyone has any ideas about what I could do my midwifery dissertation on, I’d be very grateful!

My blog got spammed! Apologies to anyone who read the comments over the last few weeks – I got badly spammed! I think I’ve cleared it up now, but I’ve banned a lot of IP addresses, and deleted a lot of comments in the process, so if I deleted any genuine comments or banned anyone that I know by mistake, I’m really sorry! I’ve also had to change the settings so that now I get to review comments before they’re published. It’s a shame, but I think it’s necessary.
And a message for the spammers:
I’m not interested in porn. Not any sort, no way and never.
Same goes for online gambling.
I don’t need any prescription drugs.
I don’t need a larger or more potent male organ.
I don’t need a loan – no matter how good your rates.
I don’t need bigger boobs – heavens no!

I already have a college degree, so I don’t need to buy another one.

After the wedding
I’ve started to write up something about the wedding and honeymoon, but I’ve not quite finished, and I have no photos yet. I have taken the disposable camera photos to the shop to be put on CD, so they should be up by next week, but we can’t meet with the proper photographer until the 19th October, so the proper photos will be quite a while yet.
I still haven’t made my thank you cards (which is really bad of me), but I’m going to do it this weekend, and then I think that’s it for wedding stuff. Oh, apart from having my dress cleaned.
Other than that, I don’t really have a lot to report. I’m back on placement, I’ve spent hours and hours trying to change my name with all the different people who send me bills, and I’ve spent several more hours messing about with the MT Amazon plugin for my blog. But at least I finally had success with that, and you should now be able to see a page of books that I’ve read, and a page of books that I’ve still got to read on the right hand side of this page. It’s not very pretty – but it’s there.
