Where does the time go?

I can’t believe that Eve will be 7 weeks old tomorrow! The time has just gone by so quickly. She weighed 9lb 1oz on Monday, so she’s gaining about half a pound a week. She also no longer looks quite as silly in her real nappies.

She is so sweet, glad to hear she is going so well.
She’s beautiful! I know what you mean about the time … Patrick will be six weeks old this week and he’s going for his first lot of vaccinations (I”m SO not ready for that!)
She is just so beautiful Rach!! Lovely photos, especially where she’s smiling at you! I’m intrigued by the nappy fastenings though – I’ve never seen those – how to they work?
They’re Nappy Nippas! They’re sort of spiky bits on a rubber band. You grip the bits of the nappy with the spiky bits and the tension holds it all together. The spiky bits just go into the terry loops, nowhere near the baby. They work really well. Seems a lot easier than pins – I’d be worried about stabbing her if I had to do that.
She’s absolutely adorable!
