It really helped her confidence & I had her swimming lengths whilst they were still doing widths in her class. I also solved her fear of touching the bottom in the shallow end by getting some swimming toys & playing games. She then went on to join the local Swimming Club & swam competitively for 6 years, be careful what you start!
